TSP: The Property Manager Reboot

If 2020 called, we’d ask for our money back. It was a year that gave us a global pandemic, Brexit and more banana bread than you can shake your proverbial stick at. Adios, bon voyage, hasta la vista, 2020. Hello, Property Manager reboot.

Enter 2021 and a TSP Reboot_

The major fault lines of the commercial property industry were starkly exposed by the pandemic. Rather than continue with ‘business as usual’—a.k.a. sleep mode—the TSP team decided it was time for a major shake-up. It was time to reboot and upgrade for a property industry fit for the 21st century (entirely pandemic-proof ’n all). If you’re familiar with evolutionary basics, you’ll know flexibility and adaptation have always been key for survival.

A New Look_

We’re all bored of vanilla websites, clinical copy and me-too colour schemes. Our first step was to design a new look that matches our bold vision, fully aligned with the future of commercial real estate and TSP as an Agent of Change. It reflects who we are and what we believe in: innovation through prop-tech, experience strategy, and (most importantly) sustainability. This is what excites us and drives us.

WE ARE:
  • Bold and confident
  • Ready to inspire an industry struggling to adapt to the mega-trends of today
  • Excited to drive innovation through prop-tech, experience strategy and most importantly sustainability
WE ARE NEVER:
  • Dull & clinical
  • Complacent
  • Arrogant
In short, we are not your typical Managing Agent_

TSP is an Agent of Change_

Mega-trends such as climate change, generational transition, tech, subscription economy, and wellness are permeating our lives from every angle. And real estate is not immune. Flexibility and sustainability can no longer be mere buzzwords. TSP has long embraced these trends, providing advice, management and agency to our clients. We enable Landlords to realise their vision in real-time.

As agents of change, we provide smart, switched-on spaces with biophilic design. People- and planet-friendly.

There’s a new role for the Property Manager_

Property managers shouldn’t just collect rent. We’re responsible for the day-to-day success of an asset. Lease lengths are continually falling (we predict down to 1-year average by the end of the decade). And the onus is on the landlord to protect their assets by keeping them current, competitive and environmentally sound.

As a property manager, we deliver service to the landlord, the customer and the occupants. We have to listen, learn and act.

Watch this space_

We have a long way. But we are not afraid to try new things, to sometimes fail. We believe that this is how you discover greatness.

Hence our mantra: Adopt, Adapt, Repeat_
