The workplace is changing

Post-pandemic, people want an office which promotes wellness, supports innovation and perhaps most importantly, offers a sense of community. Working from home has been a lonely experience for many. Do you remember the days of team bonding and after-work beers? Are you craving face time rather than FaceTimeTM? Many of us are keen to see a return to normal, but it has to be a better normal, the ‘new normal’.

This is where the workplace campus comes in. Unlike the office of yesteryear, the workplace campus provides a host of solutions to millennial occupants who require all their amenities under one roof. An office which accommodates the different facets of a healthy, wellness-infused life.

Enter Little London

It may sound like a dream, but the office utopia exists. Little London is the latest workplace campus to the market, and it is providing its own twist on the workplace solution. An iconic former biscuit factory set in the heart of SE1, Little London has been carefully and sustainably restored to showcase its industrial heritage while providing occupants with the facilities and space needed for this wellness-inspired return to the office.

The Little London campus is a blend of contemporary office space and original warehouse design with the added bonus of private outside space. A cobbled central courtyard sits at the heart of the campus featuring a brand-new coffee shop with an in-house barista, an exclusive events space for wellness activities, as well as external seating for those balmy summer evening after-work beers.

For design lovers, each section has retained much of its industrial heritage, with concrete ceilings, exposed air conditioning and original features. But it’s not ‘style over substance’; the amenity-packed space encourages wellness. A secure bike storage facility, nifty bike repair room and modern shower facilities mean those who want to cycle to work can do so with ease.

Little London has also been designed to support businesses that demand flexibility as standard. Shorter-term leases, fitted offices and onsite concierge are available for those who want to dip their toe back into the office environment before committing for the long-term. With life being turned upside down, who can blame them?

Little London is an amenity-rich, wellness inspired workplace and it is ready for your return to the office. Oh, did we mention the sunset yoga classes? With so much on your doorstep, working late has never sounded so appealing.
