LONDON, 2nd July 2025 — TSP is proud to announce that CEO and founder Zac Goodman has been named Property Leader of the Year at the 2025 Property Week Awards, held last night in London.
The award recognises individuals who have made a significant and lasting impact on the property industry. Zac’s win celebrates over 16 years of leadership and innovation, steering TSP from a disruptive new entrant into a maturing, values-driven management business known for its hospitality-led approach and strong client relationships.
Commenting on the award, Zac said:
“I’m honoured to be named Property Leader of the Year. I joined the industry 16 years ago after a career in banking — and to some degree, I’ve always felt like a bit of an outsider. So this recognition means a great deal, even if it comes with a touch of imposter syndrome.
Property is a people business — it’s about stories, situations and hustle — and that’s what I’ve always loved. I want to recognise our brilliant team at TSP, who continue to show up and deliver every day. At some point, you realise you don’t have all the answers — and that’s when you start leaning on your team for support, ideas and grit.”
TSP congratulates all the winners and nominees at this year’s awards and extends thanks to Property Week for a memorable evening celebrating the best in the industry.
