B Corp Month is a reminder that sustainability is built day by day. At TSP, it is shaped by how our buildings actually operate.
At Cannon Green, collaboration drives that approach. Working closely with Hemlow, we focus on keeping the building running efficiently, reducing unnecessary energy use and supporting a better experience for our tenants.
Performance is tracked closely. Energy and waste data give us clear visibility on where we can improve, helping us take targeted action and drive ongoing efficiencies across the building.
Next, we are implementing Demand Logic. This will unlock real time visibility of how the building is performing, giving us a clearer, more dynamic view of what is happening behind the scenes. With deeper insight into system performance, we will be able to spot inefficiencies faster, fine tune operations and drive smarter, data led improvements.
Sustainability is not a one-off initiative. It is continuous, collaborative, and built into how we operate every day.
If you are looking to improve the performance of your building, or want to work with partners who share a commitment to doing better, talk to us
