Hospitality-led property management company, has been shortlisted for Professional Services Team of the Year at the 2026 Property Week Commercial Property Awards.

Recognition follows TSP’s strongest year to date, marked by major revenue growth, the launch of proprietary service framework RESOLVE, and continued expansion across the commercial and purpose-led sectors.

The shortlist caps a landmark year for the business. In the 12 months to December 2025, TSP took total space under management from just under 3 million sq ft to close to 3.7 million sq ft. The team itself grew by 41% to meet rising client demand, while B Corp certification was maintained for a fifth consecutive year.

2025 also saw the launch of RESOLVE, TSP’s proprietary, hospitality-led operational framework that standardises how landlord and occupier issues are handled across the portfolio. Rolled out firm-wide through 60 hours of in-house structured training, RESOLVE has quickly become one of TSP’s clearest commercial differentiators. During the year, the business also formally registered its Core to Floor® philosophy on the IPO.

Client work in 2025 spanned some of the UK’s most recognised purpose-led and institutional organisations, including Max Fordham, Dementia UK, Barnardo’s, the British Museum and Amnesty International. Flagship commercial instructions included a first full year at Cannon Green, the 100,000+ sq ft City office for Quadrant, where community event attendance rose 67% from Q1 to Q4 and average dwell time increased by 200%. A major service transformation was also delivered at Rocket Campus, repositioning the asset for modern ways of working.

Zac Goodman, CEO and founder of TSP, said: “This shortlist belongs to the team. 2025 was the year our Core to Floor® thinking met a sharper operating rhythm through RESOLVE, and the results speak for themselves. To be recognised by Property Week in a category this competitive is a proud moment and a signal that hospitality-led property management is no longer a nice idea. It is becoming the standard.”

Alongside commercial growth, TSP continued to embed sustainability and social value across its operations. 100% of new energy contracts agreed in 2025 were on 100% renewable tariffs, and the team raised funds for charities including Macmillan, Refuge and ReachOut through year-round initiatives.

Winners of the 2026 Property Week Commercial Property Awards will be announced later this year.
