London-based commercial property management firm, has been shortlisted for the RICS Awards 2026 in the category of Outstanding Contribution to Surveying by an SME.
The shortlist recognises TSP’s distinctive, integrated approach to property management, combining technical surveying expertise with a hospitality-led service model. Through its proprietary frameworks, Core to Floor® and RESOLVE, the firm continues to redefine how commercial buildings are operated, experienced and managed.
