30 Lighterman is an award-winning, new generation of workspace. Following TSP’s refurb and flexible management model, the 3 vacant floors were fully let within 5 months – achieving record-breaking rents of £95 per sq ft.
Exceptional sustainability
The 100-year-old converted warehouse boasts exceptional sustainability credentials: EPC B, BREEAM Excellent, and carbon-neutral status. It was shortlisted as “Green Building Project of the Year” in the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards.
Floorplate flexibility
We built flexibility into the function of the floor, reducing the risk of designing a space not suited to everyone. Only 80% of the floor plates were furnished, the remaining catering to the tenant’s specific needs.
CASE STUDY: GREAT SUFFOLK YARD
A best-in-class development
TSP’s track record in both delivering and operating office space in London makes us a great fit for delivering the property management mandate at Great Suffolk Yard.
Completed in Q4 2022, Great Suffolk Yard is a 65,000 sq ft part new, part restoration mix of three 19th century warehouse-style buildings.
We have managed the building from PC, setting up all new building services, and overseeing the delivery of a best-in-class experience for the new tenants.
