We acquired a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse office in Islington for the environmental charity – outperforming their budget by creating a 25% annual saving while taking on 25% more space.
TSP also managed the fit out which featured extensive furniture reuse. It achieved a SKA Gold rating and was shortlisted for a Mixology award.
