The Arts Society is an educational charity that promotes art via a network of local societies.
Their Bloomsbury HQ was beautiful but no longer fit for purpose: there was a large refurbishment bill, plus the building was under-utilised post-pandemic.
TSP helped the Arts Society to investigate the prospect of residential conversion. When this proved unviable, we recommended a sale to an owner occupier.
Following a successful marketing campaign the office was sold to an overseas fashion company to use as their new headquarters building. It allowed the charity to receive a significant windfall and relocate to a smaller, more flexible, and modern office.
