A year ago, community at Waterside was occasional, with no consistent structure.
Today, engagement is more visible and part of the everyday building experience.
Over the past year, focus has been on strengthening the tenant experience.
Front of House, once inconsistent, has been transformed with a highly experienced TSP team member. Following RESOLVE Academy training, tenants now benefit from a more responsive and personable service.

At the same time, engagement is building more naturally.
A recent spring activation brought 50 tenants together at lunchtime, sparking strong interaction and interest in future events.

That momentum extends beyond events.
Tenants are promoting their businesses through newsletters and offering discounts, while simple touches like free samples at reception are creating moments of connection throughout the day.
What we are seeing now is a more connected environment, with tenants actively shaping the community.
