TSP acquires Hicks Baker, expanding across the Thames Valley

LONDON, 3rd July 2026 

We’re delighted to announce that TSP has acquired Hicks Baker, the respected commercial property consultancy based in Reading, in the latest step of our national expansion.

Hicks Baker brings deep expertise in office, retail and industrial agency across the Thames Valley, a capability we haven’t had in-house until now. The Hicks Baker name and its senior leadership team, including Managing Director Giles Blagden and Director Fiona Brownfoot, will continue to lead the business from its Reading office at 10-14 Duke Street. The acquisition takes our total headcount to 85, up from 62.

It follows our acquisition of national asset and property management firm KSA Property Consultants in January, and is part of a clear plan to grow TSP into a national, full-service property business, one that stays true to our Core to Floor® approach as we do it.

TSP now manages nine million square feet of space for clients including Redevco, Quadrant Estates, The British Museum, and more, and we’re in active conversations with other firms as we continue to build our national footprint. We were advised on this deal by Mornington Partners.
