TSP Expands Management Footprint in London by 80,000+ sq ft: Q1 2024 Wins

TSP continues to expand its management portfolio across London. Focused on both traditional property management for landlords and managed space services for tenants, TSP has increased its presence by over 80,000 sq ft in Q1 2024.

Ferguson House, Marylebone, NW1 – 59,098 sq ft

Sold in February 2024 for £65m to an overseas investor, TSP won the mandate for Ferguson House, managing common areas, tenant relationships, sustainability and general maintenance.

With the NHS among its esteemed tenants, Ferguson House has been recently refurbished with a new reception area, CAT A and B fit out, including basement and new build extension.

It also boasts an illustrious history. Built in 1957, it stands on the site of one of Charles Dickens’ favourite houses which he occupied from 1839 to 1851. The building features a huge stone-carved panel by Estcourt J Clack commemorating the Victorian novelist and his infamous characters including Scrooge and David Copperfield.

The Billiard Factory, Holloway Road, N7 – 8,318 sq ft

An eclectic mix of past and future, the Billiard Factory is creativity, community and affordability all wrapped into one beautiful campus on the Holloway Road. Creative tenants include the National Youth Theatre and animation powerhouse Blink Productions.

TSP manages the property which includes a communal cobbled courtyard, generous outdoor terrace, and the Green Room Café – hosting diverse community and charity events from album launches and live music to bootcamp fundraisers.

79 Clerkenwell, EC1 – 10,000 sq ft

TSP has managed the 57,300 sq ft Great Suffolk Yard since PC in Q4 2022, ensuring a best-in-class tenant experience. In 2024, we also welcomed Pizza Hut Europe (5,944 sq ft) and Koto Studios (6,000 sq ft) under TSP’s managed space service.
