LONDON, 7th July 2025 – TSP, a multi‑award‑winning investment and real‑estate asset manager headquartered in Fitzrovia, London, is proud to announce its official recertification as a Certified B Corporation (B Corp), reaffirming its dedication to use business as a force for positive impact.
Since joining the B Corp community in July 2021, TSP has continually demonstrated excellence in social and environmental performance. Earning an impressive overall B Impact score of 108.3 – well above the 80 needed for certification and significantly higher than the 50.9 median – TSP stands out in areas spanning governance, workers, community, environment, and customer stewardship.
“TSP’s approach is more than a certification, it’s our strategic guard rail,” said Zac Goodman, CEO of TSP. “Since 2021, we’ve been on a transformative journey, one that’s deeply personal to us. We’ve worked side by side with our teams, clients, and supply chains not just to raise real estate standards, but to build something better for the people and communities we serve. This recertification is a proud moment, and a reminder that the work we’re doing towards Net Zero, towards fairness and impact, matters.”
A 2023 internal impact report highlights TSP’s strides in elevating its portfolio’s sustainability, education efforts, and broader community connections – aspiring to upgrade all managed buildings to EPC B, aligning with the UK’s climate ambitions.
A Better Way to Manage
At TSP, we believe every asset should be left in a better state than when it came to us. Sustainability is the golden thread running through everything we do, from strategy to day-to-day operations.
