April has been an exciting month for TSP. In one week, we have been shortlisted for 5 awards.
—
The Property Awards – Property Company of the Year
This award is aimed specifically at property organisations (active in development and/or investment) that have made a particular impact on the property industry in the past year.
Nomination for this prestigious award speaks to our unashamedly entrepreneurial streak. In 2021, we combined out investment and management operations, becoming a boutique, full-service property company.
This growth is coupled with our commitment to a better, more sustainable way of doing business – becoming one of the first B Corp accredited property companies in the world.

The Property Awards – Climate Crisis Initiative (Commercial Property)
Nominated: 30 Lighterman, King’s Cross
Over the past few years, climate change has rocketed to the top of the agenda, fuelled by the UK government’s target to reduce carbon emissions to net zero by 2050 – one of the most ambitious carbon targets in the world.
This award is aimed at organisations working in the commercial real estate sector that have implemented, completed, or committed to a transformative ESG or climate- focused scheme, strategy or initiative in the past year.
TSP’s most sustainable project, 30 Lighterman has been nominated. BREEAM Excellent, EPC B, carbon-neutral turnkey workspace. A significant feat for a heritage building over 100 years old.
—
The Property Awards – Niche Team of the Year
This category recognises specialist or small regional agencies that have had an outstanding year advising the property industry in their field.
In 2021, landmark deals with ClientEarth and the MS Society testify to TSP’s long-standing tenure as the UK’s leading charity property advisor.
—
RICS Awards [Regional] – Commercial Development
Nominated: 30 Lighterman, King’s Cross
This award is for any commercial property development or initiative whether retail, office, industrial or mixed-use.
—
RICS Awards [Regional] – Refurbishment/ Revitalisation Project
Nominated: 30 Lighterman, King’s Cross
This category refers to land or buildings that could no longer fulfil their original purpose. It may also include elements of retrofitting with the aim of making a building more energy efficient and sustainable.

All 5 nominations reflect the work we have been doing to become the best integrated property platform we can be.
The awards showcase our commitment to sustainability, as well as recognising our passion for high quality offices that serve the future-facing businesses we are privileged to have as our tenants.
