The new scheme brings 65,000 sq ft of sustainable, BREEAM Excellent-rated office space to London
PRESS RELEASE

LONDON – February 2023 – TSP, the real estate manager, has been appointed by developer Tailored Living Solutions (TLS) to manage Great Suffolk Yard, a new commercial office scheme in Southwark, London.

Completed in Q4 2022, the 65,000 sq ft Great Suffolk Yard is a part new and part restoration of a mix of three 19th century warehouse-style buildings. A cobbled private courtyard at the heart of the scheme unites the buildings to transform this sustainable commercial office complex into a destination.

In an area renowned for its industry, Great Suffolk Yard brings the industrial aesthetic back to life, appealing to today’s discerning and dynamic workforce.

The development retains much of its industrial heritage, character and proportions. It features exposed finishes, including concrete ceilings with exposed air conditioning. It boasts multiple balconies, four roof terraces, as well as secure cycle parking for 100 bicycles, showers and locker facilities.

The office spaces benefit from a clay plaster wall finish which is one of the most sustainable wall design features available. It actively helps to purify the air and is recyclable and compostable, creating a healthy working environment.

Zac Goodman, CEO and founder of TSP, said:

“Our track record in both delivering and operating office space in London makes us a great fit for delivering the property management mandate at Great Suffolk Yard. We look forward to working with Tailored Living Solutions to manage this design-led space, rich with amenity and thoughtful creativity.”

The property has achieved BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum, and is WELL Gold Pre-Certified.

TSP will oversee the delivery of a best-in-class experience for the new tenants signed up to the space. The scheme will include its own coffee shop, as well as a raft of other amenities. Great Suffolk Yard offers space for both enterprises and SMEs with a mixture of different offerings from managed space through to traditional basic fit out.

Joshua Chadd, Managing Director at TLS, said:

“Great Suffolk Yard is one of the most forward-looking offices in London – it’s a sustainable workspace for organisations who recognise the importance of bringing their talent together in a tech-enabled environment. We’re excited to have TSP on board to manage this exciting workplace.”
