TSP works on a joint venture or separate account basis. Our co-investors and clients range from HNW Investors, Family Offices & Global Institutions. Our activity is primarily focussed in the South East of the UK leveraging our extensive dealer network and local market intelligence.

The investment company is led by Zac Goodman. Through his family company Goodman & Family, Zac has controlling ownership of the TSP Group of Companies. TSP has balance sheet capability and often structures joint ventures as well as co investing with investors and partners.
