TSP Winners of The Professional Services Team Award

TSP has been named Professional Services Team of the Year at the Property Week Commercial Property Awards 2026, held last night at the Grosvenor Hotel in Mayfair. 

The award recognises a standout year for TSP, with space under management rising from just under 3 million sq ft to almost 3.7 million sq ft; proof that the business can scale fast without compromising on service. 

Much of that growth has been driven by RESOLVE, TSP’s proprietary, hospitality-led operational framework for resolving landlord and occupier issues. Rolled out through 60 hours of in-house training across the whole business, RESOLVE has become one of TSP’s clearest commercial differentiators, and the team has now appointed its first ever RESOLVE Team Lead to keep standards consistent as the business grows. 

The team also broadened its advisory capability this year, adding building surveying, architecture, expert witness support and project management, while delivering standout work for purpose-led and institutional clients including Max Fordham, Dementia UK, Barnardo’s, the British Museum and Amnesty International. Alongside this, TSP grew its team by 41%, maintained B Corp certification, and marked 13 consecutive years as an Investors in People accredited business.
