TSP is excited to share news of its continued growth, marked by three significant new appointments, covering over 2m sq ft of space in London.
From transforming workspaces to modernising historic estates, these projects highlight our passion for delivering hospitality-led property management solutions, creating exceptional tenant experiences, and fostering thriving communities.
Rocket Properties’ 10 East Road Relaunch
TSP is proud to announce our collaboration with Rocket Properties to reposition a former WeWork space at 10 East Road into a dynamic, multi-let office environment. The revitalised building now offers a blend of managed spaces, CAT A+ fit-outs, and traditional leasing options. Working closely with Rocket, we jointly brought the transformation to life. As part of this partnership, we are also managing elements of their wider estate, including a 673-room student scheme and a 251-room hotel. This project exemplifies our Core to Floor® management approach – we can’t wait to reveal the finished product.
Reimagining Hospitality and Community at Cannon Green
In late 2024, TSP was appointed by Quadrant to take over the management of Cannon Green, a 110,000 sq. ft. office, moments from the Bloomberg headquarters in the City. Quadrant envisioned a property that prioritised hospitality and community, and TSP is set to deliver. Over the coming months, we will enhance service offerings, provide tenants with greater choice, curate vibrant events, and nurture a stronger sense of community. Our work includes reimagining the building’s welcome experience and elevating hospitality standards throughout the site.
A New Era for the British Museum Estate
In Summer 2024, TSP was entrusted with the management of the British Museum’s 1.6m sq. ft. London estate, which spans over 60 properties, including many Grade I and II listed buildings. With a heritage stretching back more than 300 years, the British Museum sought a partner to modernise its portfolio while respecting its storied past. Our vision is to re-establish the British Museum Estate as one of Central London’s premier estates, delivering a forward-thinking strategy for the thousands who work, live, and learn within its iconic properties.
These projects demonstrate TSP’s commitment to redefining property management with innovative strategies, exceptional service, and a focus on community.
We’re proud to drive value for our partners and create spaces that inspire and connect.
