Little London Estate

We purchased Little London, an estate of 5 buildings comprised of residential, co-living and office space.

We then refurbished the office space, sustainably restoring the original warehouse design to showcase its industrial heritage. Little London also benefits from a beautiful cobbled courtyard uniting the buildings.

We utilised this outdoor space to open our own coffee shop at the heart of the estate – Lantern Coffee – which we operate in-house with a professional barista.
